Big Money!

Posted: March 13, 2007 at 6:19 am

Now that I’m officially up and running again with my new domain, it’s time to get back to blogging for bucks so I can support my ebay habit. You know already that I’m a big fan of Payperpost – I’ve already made almost $200 just by mentioning advertisers from time to time.

With Payperpost, you get to browse and choose which opportunities you want to take advantage of; this way, you aren’t “selling” anything you don’t want to. Anyway, they’ve made lots of recent improvements which include a new segmentation system which awards bloggers with high traffic blogs. You could even make $1000 for a single sponsored post! And this is another reason I’m asking you to link my site. It will help me support my habit. :D

Also…Did you know that PPP only charges a 35% service fee compared to ReviewMe that charges a 100% markup? ReviewMe takes half your money for every post but with payperpost, you can get high paying opps more often and put more money in your pocket!

PPP not only makes sense for high traffic blogs, but also for lower traffic blogs – and disclosure is required from all bloggers. This means you’ll always know when I’m advertising!

So, please, link to me on your site and I’ll return the favor. I promise I really am working on my blogroll!

Rumors Rumors everywhere

Posted: March 9, 2007 at 6:30 am

Who doesn’t love a good rumor? C’mon, you know you do. Even when you try really hard not to gossip, it’s difficult to pass up the opportunity to listen to the latest rumors. I wish had some juicy news to share with you on Britney’s secret life or Anna Nicole’s baby – but I’ve been managing to keep my uncontrollable desire to buy those “tell-all” magazine’s under raps.

I stand in line at the grocery store and try to use my peripheal vision to read all the headlines – now that I’m a “responsible” mother and all, I feel I shouldn’t be reading all that trash – but I want to, really bad!

Anyway, I’m digressing. Payperpost does have something juicy to share but I’m not sure what it is yet. I’m they are about to announce that they will have a million dollar giveaway but it’s not likely. Maybe they are going to get Britney to advertise for them on her blog, or MAYBE they are going to send Patrick Dempsey to my house. But I doubt that’s it, either. Sigh. Patrick Dempsey is hot. (ofcourse, he isn’t anywhere near as hot as daddy-o) ;) PPP is always coming up with something insane so I’m anxious to see what the newest press release will say. I’ll let you know as soon as I do. This is yet another reason why I’m inserting so many shameless plugs to increase site traffic on my blog. So give me some linky love, will ya?

Dinner Bell

Posted: January 11, 2007 at 3:51 pm

I have to admit that dinner time is not one of my favorite times of the day. Everyone is usually a little cranky by this point (myself included) and I’m not often prepared to cook. I’m one of those “got to run to the grocery store before dinner” type of people who rarely has all of the ingredients on hand for any given meal.

I tried a meal planning service a year or so ago and like it, but the recipes got way more complicated than what I wanted and it wasn’t always kid-friendly. Today, I found a great way to get Dinner Recipes and the best part is that every Thursday you get recipes for the whole week emailed to you. Well, that actually isn’t the BEST part. The BEST part is that when you receive those emails, it also comes with a grocercy list for the week, with items organized by aisle! Woo Hoo! I’m all over it, what do you think?

Shopping

Posted: January 9, 2007 at 7:50 pm

Here’s a new way for moms to shop. As much as I enjoy shopping from time to time, I’ve found that shopping online is much easier than going to the stores with two little ones. You know how it goes, little hands must touch EVERYTHING in sight and if their hands can’t reach it, their feet probably can!

Shopping With Moms is a site geared towards moms who would rather shop from the comfort (and safety) of their own homes. Visit their site and check it out!
